Cici woke early that morning, drove primarily by morning sickness. She ran from the guest room to the bathroom across the hall and made it just in time to throw up into the toilet. She cleaned up and then laid a hand on her stomach. "You're already causing me loads of trouble, little sparrow." Cici sighed, and then got into the shower. She finished cleaning herself, and the second she finished in the shower she had to vomit again. Cici went about readying herself for the day, dressing in muggle clothing for Liam's parents.
She walked downstairs to the tiny kitchen, where both Mr. and Mrs. O'Malley were already drinking coffee around a hearty Irish breakfast. "Good morning, m'dear," said Mrs. O'Malley in her heavy Irish accent. "I made you some decaf coffee, caffeine isn't good for the baby." Cici had to resist the urge to groan, it wasn't the same drinking decaf, but she would do as much as she could to please Liam's parents. They were, after all, doing them a tremendous favour. Cici poured herself a large mug of the poor excuse for coffee.
She sat down at the table, her white bohemian skirt swishing around her legs, pale lavender tunic flowing. She wrapped her hands around the mug and took a sip. It didn't taste the same, but it would have to do. That morning, Liam was going to arrive with Angel Potter. They had decided that she, without a doubt, needed to be hidden as well after the mass break-out at Azkaban. Isabelle was the force behind it, and most likely would be looking for wands for her wandless henchmen. Angel being the only wand-maker of Ollivanders was bound to be a target.
"Did you pass the night well?" asked Mr. O'Malley, not looking up from his crossword puzzle. Cici swallowed her coffee. "Yes, thanks," said Cici, bluntly lying. Truth be told her sleep had been plagued by highly vivid dreams, most likely bits and pieces of the future, but each thing blurred into the next, nothing was terribly clear. Just that moment, the door creaked open, Cici looked up from her untouched breakfast and smiled softly.

Liam pushed open the kitchen door to his parent's home. He had been made the Secret-Keeper of the location of his parent's modest farm. The forces of Isabelle could press their noses against every inch of the grounds and not know that his wife, and now Angel, was there. It had been made Unplottable, anti-apparation spells were on every nook and cranny, and a barrier around it that would protect the farm from Dark Magic. He gestured for Angel to follow him inside, holding the door open for the dramatically pregnant girl.

Angel waddled into the cute little cottage, no luggage in hand, only her small beaded coin purse. The tiny kitchen instantly felt crowded, as if there wasn't enough room for her belly, she feared that she might knock something over. She kept toward the back, allowing room for Liam. Angel hoped this wasn't intruding, but she could not escape the feeling that she was going to be in extreme danger, being the only wand-maker in the United Kingdom with the massive Azkaban jailbreak. Many now Death Eaters that needed new wands...

Cici stood and joined her husband near the door. She placed a light kiss on his lips and gave him a wide beam, she then directed her smile to Angel. "Mum and Dad, this is the girl I told you about, Angel Potter." Cici said. Both Mr. and Mrs. O'Malley gave their greetings. Cici ran a hand through her hair, and then looked to the wand-maker. "We are allowed to go anywhere within the grounds; the boundaries are the fence out front and the end of the crop fields. Leaving is out of the question until a safer time arrives." said Cici.

Angel nodded to convey her understanding. She had a feeling that she was going to get very claustrophobic in these types of quarters for however long she was going to be there. She felt a bit guilty, intruding on Mr. and Mrs. O'Malley like this, for all she knew she might be giving birth in this cottage. Her heart sank, Gabriella and Isaac's wedding, however was she going to make it? She shoved the thoughts from her mind, she would cross that bridge when the time was right.

"I apologize for not being able to stay," said Liam, leaning across the table and placing a kiss on his mother's cheek. "But I really must be going, lots of thing to do today," He had not even unfastened his summer-weight cloak. He ran a hand through his hair and then kissed his wife. "Take care," Liam said to the group, and with a nod of his head he left the cottage.

Cici was a bit disappointed that Liam was unable to stay, but recognized the fact that he had a lot of work to do without her being able to handle her share. She watched out the window until she could no longer see her husband and then looked back to the kitchen with a quiet sigh. Perhaps she would spend the day gazing into her orb, but now that Angel was there they would be able to have some kind of fun around the small place.

Mr. O'Malley excused himself to go and begin his work in the fields, and Mrs. O'Malley informed her that she was welcome to any food on the table and said she would be in the next room knitting. Angel breathed a sigh of relief, without the extra bodies the kitchen was a much more tolerable place for her to be. She took a now vacant seat and helped herself to a biscuit with strawberry preserves, it just sounded good this morning. Thankfully, as she was now in the second trimester, the phase with the morning sickness and throwing up everything but a select few items had now passed.

"The boys are growing well, I see," said Cici, noting the size of Angel's belly. No doubt she was uncomfortable, it must be a lot of extra weight carrying them around. But she was young, nature intended females of about her age to have babies; society, however, did not. Angel probably wouldn't have horrible stretch marks. Not that magic couldn't fix them quickly.

Angel smiled after finishing her mouthful of biscuit. She nodded. "Yes, they are. Driving me crazy with their prenatal antics, but developing perfectly normally." As if hearing her, Isaiah began sticking his foot between her ribs. She winced, applying pressure to the area until her son retracted his foot. Angel continued to devour her biscuit, besides, she was always starving anyways, but she was eating for three people.

"That's very good," said Cici, placing a hand upon her own stomach, although she knew that her own developing baby was too small to feel. When she had first gotten news that Angel was pregnant, Cici had been shocked, the girl had always been so responsible, no trouble at all. Cici had been planning on making her Head Girl next term. But in looking at her now, Cici could no longer see the innocent Ravenclaw, she seemed to be a grown woman, as if the experience of being pregnant had aged her significantly. "Do you know why I'm here, too?" asked Cici

Angel grabbed another biscuit with the same strawberry preserves, they were really good. She suspected that they were homemade, as Mrs. O'Malley seemed like the type of person that would do such a thing, and the tasted so much better than the kind she got from the jar at the muggle supermarket. "No, I do not," said Angel, nobody had been told why Cici had been hidden. Liam was the Secret-Keeper, and insisted it were better if he didn't tell anyone.

Cici smiled behind her mug of coffee. She took a quick sip, she was really not going to be able to handle drinking decaf for the entire duration of her pregnancy, nine months never seemed like such a long time. Perhaps she might have to switch to tea in order to keep her sanity. "I just recently found out that I'm pregnant," said Cici, unable to restrain the enthusiasm in her tone, in spite of feeling useless, she loved that she was finally carrying a baby in her womb.

Angel beamed at the headmistress. She had known that Cici and Liam had not had any children, and she had figured it was because they didn't want any. But given their ages and Cici was now expecting, Angel figured that her assumptions were incorrect, and perhaps they had just been having difficulty conceiving. "Congratulations!" Angel said, her voice mirroring Cici's excitement, it was hard not to.

"Thank you," said Cici, putting down her mug of decaffeinated coffee. She literally could not take another sip of the stuff, perhaps it was because her baby was not thrilled with it. While she would have normally relished the bitter taste of the unsweetened drink, she found it unappealing. And there it was... Before she had time to excuse herself Cici had to lunge for the sink to throw up again. Baby: three. Cici: zero. she thought to herself silently.
